C. Ivan Stoltzfus is an award winning Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer licensed in Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Virginia. Ivan holds the title of CAI (Certified Auctioneer Institute), which is the most highly respected educational designation in the auction industry. During the last several years Ivan has conducted 60-80 on-site auctions annually, including multi-property, land and farm sales, residential and commercial real estate, personal property and benefits. Ivan uses his experience as an auctioneer to achieve full satisfaction of his clients and continues to work with them from start to finish.  

Ivan's professional affiliations include the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association, Virginia, North Carolina and Florida Auctioneers Association. He has been a member of the Board of Realtors and is on the board of community and local government committees. 

Ivan brings with him years of experience in serving clients and being proactive in helping them meet and exceed their financial goals. He is the team’s main auctioneer and President of Coastline.  Leisure time for Ivan includes hunting, boating, and traveling.

A licensed Florida auctioneer, Marsha sold conventional real estate for 12 years earning top sales honors with career sales over $100 million before forming Marsha Wolak Realty in 2002 where she specialized in real estate investing. Assessing the growing trend of real estate auctions in the current market, she quickly identified the need for a heightened level of integrity in this re-emerging industry and formed Marsha Wolak Auctions in 2006. Marsha has held a Florida Real Estate broker’s license since 1994, an auctioneer’s license, and is a member of the Sarasota Association of REALTORS.

She enjoys spending time with her two children, working out at the gym, riding motorcycles, playing golf and tennis, and boating.

George, a Regional Executive for Coastline meets with investors, lenders, builders and developers from all over to help them sell their commercial and residential property via Coastline’s unique marketing tools. George quickly made his name in the business with an independent mortgage company in Southwest Florida. Working primarily with private investors and their real estate portfolios, George was able to acquire large tracts of land and produce development orders, to assist in flipping them for large profit. Having a great understanding of the investor side of asset procurement, he is able to assist both U.S. and International investors in making sound, informed buying or selling decisions by recognizing optimal opportunities for his clients.

Matt contributes his creative brainpower to Coastline Auction & Realty’s advertising pieces all day, every day. Whether it’s a direct mail brochure, flyer, web page, newspaper ad or interactive CD, Matt utilizes his keen eye for effective, attention-grabbing creative in all forms of media. He is also the point person for managing all agency traffic and art production workflow.  He has studied at Atlanta’s Westwood College for Visual Communication and in addition to owning his own graphics company, has designed tons of great logos, typefaces and presentations for various businesses around the globe.  

Matt’s strong ability to see the big picture and “answer the marketing question” of our clients’  needs with persuasive, powerful pieces has earned him much respect and national awards. He is always looking for a better way to improve our advertising creative and has a great attitude. Also, Matt often keeps the office entertained with his Christopher Walken impressions.

Sarah handles all of Coastline’s marketing research, planning and media buys.  She also manages our Advertising Department’s day-to-day, minute-to-minute workflow, ensuring that all details are carefully planned and executed in a timely, cost effective manner to maximize results for our clients’ needs.  It doesn't matter how big or how small the job is, Sarah is here to ensure that quality standards are met and Advertising pieces are effective.  As our Internet Administrator, Sarah creates and maintains our many clients’ online marketing campaigns, including our own web site you’re reading right now. A native of Australia, Sarah holds a degree from Arapahoe Community College in Architecture, but her real passion lies in the field of marketing web design. She is well-versed in HTML, CSS, with knowledge of PHP and more. Her keen eye for detail and utilizing new and innovative graphic design concepts and finding the best avenues for marketing unique auctions is an extremely valued asset here at Coastline.
